We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily business functions across our retail locations. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee store operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, inventory control, and administrative processes. Duties
Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow from opening to closing procedures
Supervise and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and performance management
Oversee employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and onboarding processes to build strong teams
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to maximize sales opportunities
Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management with accuracy
Implement pricing strategies and sales promotions aligned with marketing initiatives to boost retail sales
Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and ensuring positive shopping experiences
Conduct shift management by assigning tasks efficiently and monitoring staff coverage during peak hours
Oversee store budgeting, sales management, and retail math calculations to meet financial targets
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies
Develop marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones through community engagement and promotional activities
Supervise cashiering duties including phone etiquette, cashier training, and cash handling procedures
Manage administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, organizational planning, and reporting
Experience
Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with a focus on store management or assistant manager roles
Demonstrated success in supervising teams with strong leadership skills in a fast-paced setting
Extensive experience in retail sales management, inventory control, merchandising, and pricing strategies
Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing techniques, recruiting processes, and training & development initiatives
Proficiency with POS systems, payroll processing software, bookkeeping tools, and retail math calculations
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases and team members
Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities to foster team collaboration and customer engagement
Experience in managing budgets, marketing campaigns, stock stocking procedures, wireless sales (if applicable), and store operations logistics
Preferably Minimum 10 Years in UAE.
