We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented

Operations Manager

to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our gas industry activities. The Operations Manager will ensure that production, distribution, and field operations run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. This role involves monitoring performance, implementing process improvements, managing resources, and leading operational teams to achieve company objectives while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day plant and field operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Plan, coordinate, and optimize production and distribution processes. Monitor operational performance and implement improvements. Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure equipment reliability. Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation. Support project execution and operational expansion. Train and develop operational staff to maintain high performance and safety awareness. Collaborate with other departments (engineering, HR, finance, etc.) to achieve company goals. Prepare operational reports and present results to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in operations, preferably in the gas, oil, or energy sector. Strong knowledge of safety standards, production systems, and maintenance practices. Proven leadership and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of budgeting and resource management.
