Responsible for the effective management of all aspects/ activities of the exchange.
To create and develop the management function in keeping with local regulatory requirements and internal controls and processes.
Supervision of the treasury including funding / settlements and balances with correspondents and partners.
Devise & implement policies, systems and procedures in order to streamline the Company's internal systems.
Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of transactions.
Cooperate with the banks and financial institutions.
Monitor Branch wise daily limit as per the defined parameter for central bank.
Supervising all remittances executed through various bank/IMTS portals/software;
Charges evaluation for different banks to minimize cost of transfer.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in budgeting and financial management
Knowledge of exchange regulations and compliance standards
