Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and support service teams.
Develop operational plans to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address operational concerns.
Prepare reports, schedules, and project updates for management review.
Support budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in
Facility Management or Cleaning Services
.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
UAE experience is
