Run
S&OP
with Finance & Growth inputs; set capacity & inventory plans. Select/drive3PL & last?mile
to SLAs; reduce damages/leakage. Improvepackaging, kitting, reverse logistics

E?commerce operations leadership (
3PL, OMS/WMS, SLAs, dashboards
). Data?driven; fixes root causes, not symptoms. GCC logistics familiarity;cosmetics
