Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in facility management company, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple tasks effectively while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Duties

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising. Supervise and train staff on operational practices, customer service standards, and sales techniques. Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training & development to enhance team performance. Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and budget management to maintain financial accuracy. Lead recruitment efforts by interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees. Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth while managing pricing and promotions. Maintain high standards of customer service through effective communication and problem resolution. Ensure efficient shift management by scheduling staff appropriately to meet operational needs. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote store initiatives and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in UAE as Operation manager role. Graduation preferred and driving license is a plus. Candidate should be fluent in

Hindi and English.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Proficient in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of operations. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and employee development. Familiarity with retail math principles for accurate financial reporting and analysis. Ability to handle cash effectively while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong phone etiquette. Experience in merchandising, purchasing, and marketing strategies within a retail context is preferred. Ability to manage time efficiently while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
