Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Plan inventory and oversee materials and equipment efficiency
Handle client calls and inquiries effectively.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives for the organization.
Perform quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Identify and implement methods to enhance the quality of customer service.
Schedule manpower efficiently
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties including administrative functions, preparing quotations, costing, issuing purchase orders, purchase requests, and tax invoices.
Provide assistant and support to the office in problem-solving, project planning, management, development, and execution.
Monitor and oversee the company's maintenance service transactions on various sites.
Conduct site inspections with potential clients and provide information about the company's services
Liaise with clients regarding their requests and project requirements
Escalate maintenance operation complaints to management for analysis and resolution.
Contribute to the preparation of maintenance service progress and accomplishment reports
Coordinate with different suppliers regarding the order of materials
Encourage regular meetings between the operations manager and salesperson and coordinating with the salesperson to discuss ongoing projects, customer feedback, and sales forecasts. Establish clear communication channels such as email, messaging apps, or project management tools.
Align the goals and objectives of both roles to ensure they are working towards common targets, such as improving customer satisfaction, increasing sales revenue
