Experience in managing multi-site facilities, showcasing the ability to handle diverse challenges across different environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee the operations across all facility management functions including maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with company quality standards.
Develop and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Drive regional profitability and meet operational targets.
Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns and sustained satisfaction.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of field staff and supervisors.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, health & safety regulations, and internal policies.
Conduct audits and risk assessments to maintain operational integrity.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cluster performance reports.
Analyze performance data to inform operational and strategic decisions.
Business Development:
Support expansion by identifying new business opportunities and client acquisition.
Collaborate with the business development team to enhance service reach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field).
5-7 years of experience in facility management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proven experience managing operations in facility management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance regulations.
Proactive, result oriented, and capable of managing multi-functional teams.
UAE experience is preferred.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) is a must.
