Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing people, processes, and performance metrics to deliver high-quality results in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate all operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning. Develop and implement operational strategies, systems, and best practices to improve efficiency. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to meet financial targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify improvement areas. Lead and motivate team members, ensuring high levels of engagement and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to optimize workflows. Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. Prepare operational reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, logistics, or production management. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proficiency in ERP systems, project management tools, and data analysis. Knowledge of process improvement techniques and operational best practices.
