Job Summary:

The

Operations Manager

is responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom and online platform. This role ensures smooth coordination between all departments--

Sales, Procurement, HR, Admin, and Marketing

--and guarantees that company goals, profitability, and performance standards are met. The Operations Manager reports directly to the

General Manager (GM)

and plays a key role in supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational activities across all departments. Coordinate between

sales, procurement, HR, admin, and marketing

to ensure efficient workflow. Supervise and monitor the

showroom operations

, ensuring all vehicles are listed, displayed, and sold according to company standards. Manage and track

stock levels

, vehicle sourcing, and delivery timelines. Prepare and analyze

daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports

. Take full responsibility for the

Profit and Loss (P&L)

performance of the business. Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability. Support HR in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with marketing for promotions, campaigns, and branding activities. Identify process bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to enhance overall operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
