Role Overview



The Operations Manager will act as the right hand of the CEO, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, financial performance, sales growth, recruitment, and compliance across all branches. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to ensure each location operates efficiently and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Multi-Branch Management



Oversee daily operations of all branches to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Supervise and guide branch managers, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.

Conduct regular visits to each branch to review performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.

2. Strategic and Business Growth



Work with the CEO to plan and execute business strategies that enhance profitability and brand growth.

Monitor KPIs, analyze branch performance, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Develop initiatives to boost sales, customer satisfaction, and brand recognition.

3. Financial and Cash Oversight



Manage and monitor financial performance across all branches.

Oversee budgeting, daily sales reports, and expenditure control with full transparency.

Work closely with the accountant and CEO on financial audits, reconciliations, and cost optimization.

4. Training, Recruitment, and Leadership



Oversee recruitment and onboarding for new staff and managers.

Implement training programs to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.

Foster a positive work culture built on accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.

5. Health, Safety, and Compliance



Ensure all branches comply with MOPH and local safety regulations.

Regularly inspect facilities, conduct risk assessments, and address any safety concerns immediately.

Enforce health and hygiene standards, particularly in customer-facing areas.

6. Customer and Brand Experience



Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect the company's values of excellence, safety, and care.

Lead initiatives to improve customer experience, loyalty, and retention.

Handle escalated customer concerns in coordination with branch teams.

Qualifications



Minimum 7 years of experience in operations or multi-site management (hospitality, entertainment, retail, or service industry preferred). Strong business management and financial analysis skills. Proven experience in driving sales growth and improving operational performance. Valid Qatari or GCC driver's license (mandatory). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Bilingual proficiency in

English and Arabic

(spoken and written). Knowledge and experience in dealing with

government entities and ministries

, including PRO-related work and documentation processes. High standards of
