Job Description
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience in Similar Industry in Operations Minimum 1 year Experience as HR 1. Creates a quality control system to ensure the smooth, consistent and efficient management 2. Analysing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas. 3. Supervise administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed 4. Preparing a working operational strategy for Listing 5. Monitoring Listing Team performance in Different Portals 6. Assisting Sales Team & Listing Team on property-purchasing/selling documents with property information 7. Handling Developer Registration & Partnership Renewals. 8. Organizing meetings and managing databases. 9. Handling All HR operational requirements with regards to Hiring, Firing, and making sure all Employees abide by Company Policies & Regulations. 10. Customer Service Skills is an Advantage 11. Understanding & Explaining s & Company Timing Policy to all new employees. 12. Maintain client database (CRM) and communicate with customers, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process. 13. Administrative duties, to include copying, answering the phone, filing, and sending/receiving emails Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
