Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Operations Manager

with expertise in

facade aluminum and glass works

to oversee and optimize our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, installation, quality control, and project execution while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of aluminum and glass facade projects, from planning to execution. Manage and coordinate teams, including production, installation, and project management staff. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and contractual requirements. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, taking corrective actions as necessary. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Optimize supply chain management and material procurement processes. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team skills. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and company growth. Report to senior management with regular updates on operational performance and project status.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of

7-10 years

of experience in operations management within the

facade aluminum and glass industry

. Strong understanding of facade systems, curtain walls, structural glazing, and aluminum fabrication. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of AutoCAD, project management software, and ERP systems is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques. Knowledge of international facade standards and specifications. Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient facade solutions.
