Operations Manager
to oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance across all departments.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow Plan, coordinate, and monitor operational processes and resources Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Manage staff performance, scheduling, and productivity Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments Ensure compliance with
Saudi labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations
Control operational costs and improve efficiency Prepare operational reports and present updates to management Handle vendor coordination, logistics, and operational planningRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as an Operations Manager (Saudi Arabia experience preferred) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Knowledge ofoperations planning, budgeting, and process improvement
Excellent communication skills inEnglish
& Arabic Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Must be currently in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to RiyadhJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10.00 - ?20.00 per month
