We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Operation Executive Assistant (Female)
to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the department, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level administrative support to the Operations Manager and team.
Coordinate and follow up on operational tasks and project deadlines.
Handle scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain and update operational files and records.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.
Assist in tracking key performance indicators and operational efficiency.
Support the HR and procurement functions with documentation and communication.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or operations coordinator is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism.
Pleasant personality with a problem-solving attitude.
Preferably on a transferable visa (for UAE roles, if applicable).
