Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations and job schedules as directed by the Operations Manager
Book jobs in calendar and maintain accurate work schedules
Answer phone calls from clients and handle inquiries professionally
Follow up with technicians and update job status
Communicate effectively between clients, operations, and technicians
Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained
Provide administrative support as required
Prepare daily and weekly reports for operations review
Requirements:
Previous experience in operations, coordination, or customer service roles is an advantage
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office and calendar scheduling tools
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Must be
on own visa
