Job Overview:
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented
Operations Executive
to join our growing holiday home company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all managed properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and coordinating with various departments. Prior experience in
holiday homes
or
real estate
is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of holiday home units, including check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping, and maintenance
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and third-party service providers
Conduct property inspections before guest arrivals to ensure readiness and high standards
Manage inventory of supplies, linens, and amenities
Respond promptly to guest issues or emergencies and ensure timely resolution
Support onboarding of new properties and assist in setting up operational processes
Maintain accurate records of property status, maintenance logs, and guest feedback
Work closely with the guest relations, sales, and marketing teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year
of relevant experience (holiday homes, real estate, hospitality, or operations)
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
- written and spoken
Presentable, tech-savvy, and capable of working under pressure
Ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities
UAE driving license is must
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required
