- Managing operations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Coordinating transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance for timely delivery.
- Optimizing efficiency through process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing client needs, and resolving issues.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor\'s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding operations.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
