Attend to Online customer and email customer service
Daily customer service tasks
Setup and operates of company's systems.
Liaise with sales teams from different countries
Preparation of daily reports
Coordinate with other departments, such as IT, Marketing, Finance and Sales.
Responsible for KYC compliance audit and some simple statistics on daily business activities
Other ad hoc tasks if necessary
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Chinese and English (both written and spoken), familiar with additional languages is an advantage, such as Turkish, Arabic, Russian, Persian etc
Proficient in office automation software, in particular Words & Excel functions
Careful, meticulous & efficient with a strong analytical mind
