Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to Online customer and email customer service
  • Daily customer service tasks
  • Setup and operates of company's systems.
  • Liaise with sales teams from different countries
  • Preparation of daily reports
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as IT, Marketing, Finance and Sales.
  • Responsible for KYC compliance audit and some simple statistics on daily business activities
  • Other ad hoc tasks if necessary
Job Requirements:
  • Proficient in Chinese and English (both written and spoken), familiar with additional languages is an advantage, such as Turkish, Arabic, Russian, Persian etc
  • Proficient in office automation software, in particular Words & Excel functions
  • Careful, meticulous & efficient with a strong analytical mind
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
