We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive
Operations Coordinator
to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily travel operations. Responsibilities include managing bookings, coordinating with suppliers and clients, handling travel documentation, and supporting both the sales and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will ensure all arrangements align with client expectations and our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and complete travel packages.
Coordinate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour providers, etc.) to guarantee timely and accurate service delivery.
Support the sales team by preparing itineraries, processing invoices, and issuing travel documents and confirmations.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
Monitor all reservations to prevent errors or overbookings.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system.
Ensure all travel plans comply with relevant visa and travel regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in travel operations or a similar coordination role is preferred.
Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and thrive under pressure.
