We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Executive / Admin to support daily operations and administrative activities for our Maintenance, Construction, and Fit-Out projects. The role involves close coordination with site teams, management, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily maintenance, construction, and fit-out activities. Follow up with site teams on work progress and schedules. Prepare and manage quotations, work orders, LPOs, invoices, and reports. Maintain proper project documentation and records. Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and suppliers. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments. Assist with authority approvals and compliance documentation when required.

Requirements & Skills:



Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a similar role within maintenance, construction, or fit-out companies. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficient in MS Office. Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. Well-organized with strong follow-up skills.
