Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and optimize our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure efficient workflow, and support strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks
Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements
Prepare and maintain reports related to operations, logistics, and KPIs
Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Support inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination
Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
Contribute to process optimization and cost-efficiency initiatives
Maintain documentation and records for audits and reviews

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
