Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in the Facility Management sector. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the UAE and a solid understanding of maintenance operations and tenant relations. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage complaints efficiently, and strong coordination abilities to ensure smooth execution of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for tenants via phone and through the internal system, handling inquiries and logging complaints. Receive and manage complaints submitted through the system, ensuring they are addressed promptly. Monitor and follow up on open maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with the appropriate internal teams or external contractors by assigning specialized personnel based on the nature of each request. Track job progress and ensure all issues are resolved within agreed service level timelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service requests, assignments, and outcomes using the company's system. Provide professional and courteous support to tenants, maintaining high standards of customer service. Assist the operations team with routine administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:



Proven experience in an operations or coordination role within the UAE, preferably in facility management or a related industry. Familiarity with complaint and maintenance request management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with facility management software is an advantage. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
