Eventi is a fast-growing catering and events platform based in Qatar. Our application connects individuals, corporates, and communities with top catering vendors and event service providers, making event planning seamless and enjoyable. As we prepare for our market launch, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin to join our core team.

Position Overview

The Admin will be responsible for managing the backend operations of the platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across multiple teams. This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, a solid understanding of CRM systems and dashboards, and the ability to oversee workflows across sales, marketing, vendor management, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain backend dashboards and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and smooth workflows. Coordinate between different teams (Sales, Marketing, Vendor Relations, and Operations) to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are properly executed. Support vendor onboarding by managing required documentation, approvals, and system updates. Assist in monitoring and tracking orders, vendor performance, and client communications through the admin panel. Handle internal reporting, generating performance dashboards and weekly status updates. Monitor compliance of vendors and internal processes, flagging discrepancies and ensuring alignment with platform standards. Act as the central point of contact for administrative processes, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations. Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and internal communications as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within tech platforms, events, or F&B sectors. Strong familiarity with CRM systems and backend dashboards. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage operational priorities. Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment where adaptability and problem-solving are key.
