Al Nuzha Safety Systems is currently looking for a Full-time operations engineer for Safety for our Dubai Office. Due to the continuing success and growth, this fantastic opportunity has opened up at our specialist consultancy.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated engineer seeking a role within a growing and ambitious company. Shall be involved in projects with our operations Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.

Responsibilities

Accountable for the performance of assigned technicians and being accountable for their motivation and competence development

Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department.

Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment Schedule routine and preventive maintenance as needed.

Establish and maintain a work order system to fulfill repair requests

Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of department processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency Solve technical problems during the execution Ability to work with AutoCADs.

Qualifications

??BOQ and Project Estimation skills ??AutoCAD Experience ??Strong Negotiation and Research skills ??Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities ??Ability to work well in a team environment ??Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field ??Experience in safety systems or related industries is a plus
