Job Summary
Five M for Waste Management LLC is urgently seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our rapidly expanding Dubai branch. The ideal candidate will be the linchpin of our Dubai team, ensuring that waste collection, transportation, and client service activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all local regulations. This is a hands-on role critical to our growth and reputation in the Dubai market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and schedule daily waste collection and transportation routes for drivers and crews to maximize efficiency and meet all service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Allocate resources, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel, effectively for daily tasks and special projects.
  • Monitor job progress in real-time and address any operational disruptions or delays promptly.
2. Fleet & Logistics Management:
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and annual inspections to ensure the fleet is always operational and compliant with Dubai Municipality (DM) and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) standards.
  • Track vehicle locations and performance using GPS and fleet management software.
  • Manage logistics for the transportation of waste to designated transfer stations, recycling facilities, and landfills.
3. Team Supervision & Support:
  • Act as the direct point of contact for drivers and field operatives in Dubai.
  • Conduct daily briefings and debriefings with the operations team.
  • Support in training crew members on safe operating procedures, customer interaction, and proper waste handling techniques.
4. Client Communication & Service:
  • Serve as a key contact for clients in Dubai, addressing service inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office in Abu Dhabi on client onboarding, contract changes, and service enhancements.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure service quality and assess new service requirements.
5. Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure all operations strictly adhere to Dubai Municipality health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including waste manifests, trip tickets, and vehicle logs.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all team members use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established protocols.
  • Lead incident reporting and investigation for any accidents or near-misses.
6. Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Head Office in Abu Dhabi.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, fuel consumption, and customer satisfaction.
