About the Role:
Lotus Academy is launching a next-generation learning platform. We're looking for a versatile, proactive intern to support daily operations, instructor and student onboarding, community communication, and pre-launch prep. You'll be hands-on in everything from answering inquiries to creating materials and improving the user experience. Strong performance can lead to a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
Onboard and support instructors and students
Handle day-to-day admin and coordination tasks
Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries professionally
Help create communication materials (templates, announcements, visuals)
Assist in light design and social media content creation
Support pre-launch operations and platform workflows
Hard Skills:
Excellent written & verbal communication
Basic design skills (Canva, simple visuals, templates)
Strong organization and admin skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools
Comfortable with email campaigns, CRM, or community management tools
Soft Skills:
Reliable, proactive, and highly organized
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Able to handle multiple tasks across different audiences
Team player but can work independently
