Key Responsibilities:
Assist the operations team with scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational reports.
Prepare documentation, perform data entry, and assist in report generation.
Support compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor operational KPIs and flag inconsistencies or delays.
Perform general office duties, including responding to emails, phone calls, and managing files.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate transaction posting and recordkeeping in SAP.
Assist with basic accounting functions such as invoice verification, bank reconciliation, and payment follow-up.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience using
SAP
in a similar operational or accounting role.
Prior experience in the
banking or financial sector
is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
