About the Role
We are seeking a
highly experienced and well-connected Assistant Operations Manager
to support our tourism operations across inbound and outbound travel. The ideal candidate is a UAE-based tourism professional with strong industry knowledge, trusted supplier relationships, and a proven ability to create seamless, profitable, and customized travel experiences.
This is not a learning role--this is for someone who already knows how it's done and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive
quotations and costings
for both inbound and outbound packages
Negotiate
contracts and rates with local and international vendors
(hotels, transportation, attractions, guides, etc.)
Design and tailor
customized itineraries
for FITs, groups, and corporate clients
Ensure all bookings are confirmed, documented, and executed with precision
Maintain and expand a strong
network of reliable suppliers and partners
across the UAE and key international destinations
Coordinate daily operational tasks with a focus on
cost control, quality, and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve last-minute travel disruptions with professionalism and speed
Work closely with the senior Operations Manager to improve workflow, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or Hospitality
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in tourism operations in the UAE
Proven expertise in:
Quotation and package costing
Vendor contracting and negotiation
Customized itinerary development
Strong working knowledge of local tourism regulations, logistics, and market trends
Excellent connections with local DMCs, hotels, and service providers
Fluent in
English
(Arabic and other languages are a plus)
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
, and ideally experienced with
travel booking or CRM software

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
