Operation administrative assistant
Job Summary:
provides administrative and clerical support to the operations team. This role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of daily business operations by coordinating office activities, maintaining records, supporting project execution, and assisting with internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the operations team and management.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency.
Support the planning and execution of operational projects.
Manage and respond to internal and external communications, including emails and calls.
Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Support data entry, reporting, and other clerical tasks using spreadsheets and software tools.
Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional activities.
Ensure confidentiality and security of data and files.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative or operations support experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
