Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to oversee the daily operations of our entity in Dubai, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and client service. The OE will play a pivotal role in strategic execution, operational excellence, and regulatory alignment
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational functions within the business to ensure efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
Manage relationships with liquidity providers, PSPs, technology vendors, and other key partners.
Ensure seamless integration of operational systems and trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5, CRM tools).
Develop and maintain SOPs for client onboarding, support queries, issue escalation, and complaint resolution.
Promote a client-centric culture across the operational teams.
Ensure all operations comply with regulations and internal compliance standards.
Maintain and monitor operational risk frameworks.
Serve as the operational liaison for internal and external audits.
Ensure robust risk mitigation strategies in volatile market conditions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Familiarity with CRM systems, performance marketing tools, and affiliate platforms.
