OpenText Specialist

We have an urgent open role with one of our clients for an OpentText Specialist. Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job description:

Minimum 8 years of experience on OpenText content suite platform and processes.
Should be proficient in understanding business requirements, creating functional design documents and configurations with very strong hands experience.
Participate and contribute to technical design deployment activities.
Responsible for new implementations, upgrades and patching activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve system related production issues, identify root causes , work with vendors on bug fixes and implement quality solutions.
Responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance. Log issues and maintain status in designated ticket tracking tool.
Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability. This is a hands-on role involving Technical Development, Functional Consulting, Support and Project Management
Should have hands on experience in Open Text Content Server Administration and troubleshooting of the OpenText Platform and surrounding component Content server, Archive center, Brava, Blazon, OTDS , Search Indexing . Enterprise Scan
Should have good administration experience in vertically / horizontally scaled ECM deployed system.
Good development knowledge on Oscript, Workflow and Form design, LiveReport, WebReport.
Causeway ECM module experience
Custom tools development using Content server services (Webservice REST API).
Generating interactive dashboards & reports to bring out business insights from the data.
Experience working with relational Database Oracle, MS SQL server.
Good Knowledge of integrations and migration with ECM products and other content repository products.
Experience on object-oriented programming C# Dot Net, REST API, AngularJS, NodeJS, cloud as Good to have skill.
