Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Support / Vendor Management
To interact with customers and vendor and ensure payment as per agreed schedule.
Research Work
Conduct thorough research to identify the most recent key amendments in UAE laws and regulations pertaining to the employment of Emiratis and Expats in the UAE from the following sources:
o Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)
o National Program for Emiratisation (NAFIS)
o General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA)
Translation and Government Liaison Work
Arabic document translation
Liaising with government authorities for legal matters.
Online work
Get customers to write and submit positive review and 5-star rating for the company on google and online platform on a weekly basis.
Send an email with a screenshot of the reviews and ratings shared by the customers.
