Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Florist Manager to work in the capacity of Florist Manager and Business Development. The ideal candidate is an experienced Florist, with knowledge of international Floral designs and techniques. Good understanding of clients requirements based on various industries. Florist Manager
- To travel and manage company\'s various retail floral shops, to create quality seasonal and evergreen arrangements using design and display strategies to drive sales.
- To ensure safety and proper flower handling practices.
- To design floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, price them accurately, and make sure all merchandise is stored properly and rotates based on a set policy.
- To travel and meet clients, get requirements and give proposals.
- Maintain good bonding with clients to upsell company\'s products.
- To drive sales.
- Florist: 10 years (Required)
- Business Developments: 4 years (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
