To provide onsite support to delegates and trainer to ensure the training course runs smoothly. You will manage and maintain excellent relationships with trainer, delegates and colleagues to uphold a corporate image of ethics, professionalism, quality and standards.
The role itself will centre around a structured list of responsibilities that occur pre, during and post each learning event. You will be mainly based at the venue/hotel the training course will be taking place.
Role Responsibilities
Operate as the onsite lead for the event and be the main point of contact for both the trainer and delegates to ensure a great experience for both
Assist the trainer in handling the face-to-face courses by facilitating and communicating with internal teams
Execute the deliverables during the onsite event
Handle and follow up on any concerns related to the event
Track and monitor the attendance of the delegates
Distribute course material, prepares certificate, digital badges and all the necessary reports such as feedback and knowledge gain.
Qualifications
Qualities needed for the role:
A calming presence with the ability to calmly trouble shoot issues during events
Ability to stay focused, energized, calm, collected and organized
Detail-oriented, tactile communicator, extremely organized - you love a process!
Most important - a great team member, always willing to help where possible, always looking to improve and innovate, you take pride in outcomes and come to work with a smile on your face
