Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' nutritional and health needs.
Develop and implement individualized meal and nutrition plans.
Provide dietary counseling to patients, families, and staff.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions.
Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) and facility guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master's preferred).
Valid
DOH/DHA/MOH license
or DOH eligibility for licensing.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a clinical or hospital setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
