Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming calls, emails, messages
from potential clients.
Provide accurate and timely
debt management services
.
Sell the company's
credit and financial solutions
to qualified leads.
Act as the point of contact for the customer and
communicate on their behalf
with relevant departments.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain client records and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (as per business needs).
Proven experience in
sales, customer service, or call center
is preferred.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills

Must be fluent in
English
