Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and SAP MM (Materials Management) Trainer to deliver online instructor-led training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching both theoretical concepts and real-time industry scenarios, guiding learners toward hands-on system knowledge and job readiness. Key Responsibilities Training & Delivery Conduct live online training sessions for SAP PM and SAP MM modules Explain end-to-end business processes in SAP PM & MM Deliver hands-on practical sessions using SAP ECC / S/4HANA systems Provide real-time project scenarios and case studies Customize training content based on learner level (beginner to advanced) Curriculum & Content Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and exercises Cover full SAP PM topics: Organizational Structure Master Data (Equipment, Functional Location, BOM, Task Lists) Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Notifications & Work Orders Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance Integration with MM, FI, and CO Cover full SAP MM topics: Organizational Structure Master Data (Material, Vendor, Purchasing Info Record) Procurement Process Inventory Management Valuation & Account Determination Integration with FI, SD, and PP Student Support Answer participant queries during and after sessions Provide assignments, practice exercises, and assessments Support learners with interview preparation and resume guidance Evaluate progress and give constructive feedback Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP PM and SAP MM Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Good understanding of cross-module integration Ability to demonstrate real-time project workflows Experience Minimum 3-5 years of SAP PM & MM experience Prior training or mentoring experience preferred Real-time implementation or support project exposure Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner Comfortable delivering training in online platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) Patient, interactive, and learner-focused approach Preferred Qualifications SAP PM / SAP MM Certification Experience training working professionals or freshers.
