Our company is currently hiring a Online sales (Female) With one year experience handling Online sales. Online Sales Representative Duties
- Track and document calls and sales
- Meeting sales targets
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports
- Maintaining client records
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Update client records
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Able to build rapport (listening and engaging with the customer)
- Email management
- understanding of your target audience
- Time management
- Excellent knowledge of relevant programs (e.g. MS Word, email, etc)
- Computer proficiency is critical.
- Outstanding customer service skills are vital.
