Online Sales Manager

to lead and manage the sales of our products and platforms across international and local marketplaces. This is a unique opportunity for ambitious professionals looking to grow within a dynamic and forward-thinking international business.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage sales channels on our company website and marketplaces such as Amazon, Alibaba, Noon, and others. Identify and activate local marketplace platforms in various countries and collaborate with remote teams to execute sales operations. Attract investors, shareholders, and strategic partners for niche platforms in industries such as beauty, tourism, and general business. Implement advertising campaigns and drive sales through multiple channels including Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and local social networks. Analyze market trends, optimize lead conversion, and build a loyal customer base. Provide regular reporting and strategy input to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in international and local marketplace sales (Amazon, Alibaba, Noon, etc.). Strong fundraising and negotiation skills - capable of securing investments, partnerships, and stakeholders. Proficient in digital marketing and running ad campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with cross-border sales strategies and the ability to manage remote sales teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity to grow the business and innovate customer acquisition approaches.
