Responsibilities:

-Drive online sales by engaging customers effectively and implementing innovative digital strategies.

- Manage customer inquiries by providing product information and promptly resolving any issues.

- Monitor sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Identify and engage potential customers across various online platforms.

- Present and sell company products or services to both new and existing customers.

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

- Track and record activities on accounts to close deals and meet sales targets.

- Present our products compellingly to encourage conversions.

- Close deals effectively, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Track and report on sales performance metrics.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements and Skills:

-Proven experience in online sales or a similar role.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong understanding of digital sales strategies and e-commerce platforms.

- Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.

- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Customer-centric mindset, committed to providing exceptional service.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Highly motivated and target driven.

- Resilient with a positive attitude.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with CRM systems.

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

- Native Tagalog speaker.
