to join our growing team.We're seeking a skilled professional who can boost sales, build strong customer relationships, and create an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and returns. Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. Provide accurate and engaging information about our products. Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments. Stay updated on product features, policies, and promotions. Work closely with the e-commerce team to enhance the customer journey.

to promote products and increase conversions.Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in
customer service or sales
, preferably in ane-commerce environment
. Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Arabic
(spoken & written). Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Customer-first attitude with patience and empathy. Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms. Knowledge of fashion, beauty, or electronics products is a plus.Experience with TikTok Live sales or social media selling is a strong advantage.
