We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Sales Coordinator to manage and optimize our product listings, sales performance, and promotional campaigns on Amazon and Noon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with these platforms, a deep understanding of online sales dynamics, and the ability to coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishments. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. Plan and execute platform-specific promotions and campaigns. Handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews professionally. Liaise with Amazon and Noon account managers to resolve issues and improve visibility. Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines. Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and product teams.
Requirements:
Prior experience in handling Amazon and Noon seller accounts (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and platform algorithms. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Excel and online dashboards. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
