The Role:
The Online Marketing coordinator is responsible for supporting the timely and effective delivery of all ecommerce marketing programs and initiatives, collaborating closely with colleagues within the marketing and digital marketing functions in order to operate within the guidelines of both Alshaya and our host brand. This is an exciting role with responsibility for site campaigns, advertising and promotions. You will also analyse market research, assist with site merchandising and provide insights to the team.
Key Performance Area but not limited:
Work with brand and digital marketing teams to brief online campaigns and CRM activity across all channels and markets
Assist with online site checks, focusing on Arabic websites and apps
Assist with preparation of marketing performance reports and online competitor reviews
Check marketing collateral is compliant with Brand/Alshaya guidelines
Skills & Experience required:
Display passion about the brand and an understanding of our customers
Experience managing multimedia content (including written, visual and video)
Digital marketing knowledge
MS Office and tools- Proficient with Excel reporting
Analytical skills
Bilingual: Arabic and English speaker
