We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Course Trainer to join our team. As an Online Course Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and skill development programs to our online learners. This role encompasses various special skills, including but not limited to YouTube automation, video editing, game development, and more. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of their specialized field, and the ability to engage and inspire learners. Key Responsibilities: Course Development:Create and develop online courses and training materials related to the specific skill area you specialize in, such as YouTube automation, video editing, game development, etc. Content Delivery:Conduct live online training sessions and webinars to teach and mentor learners in your area of expertise.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners develop their skills. Curriculum Design:Design and update curriculum to ensure it remains current and aligned with industry best practices and trends. Skill Assessment:Assess and evaluate learners\' progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical tasks.
Provide personalized guidance to help learners improve their skills. Technical Expertise:Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, software, and techniques in your specialized field.
Assist learners in understanding and mastering relevant technologies and tools. Engagement and Support:Foster a supportive and collaborative online learning environment.
Address learners\' questions, concerns, and technical issues promptly. Quality Assurance:Maintain high standards of content quality, accuracy, and relevance in all training materials and activities. Reporting:Keep detailed records of learner progress, feedback, and assessment results.
Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of the training programs. Continuous Improvement:Continuously improve training methods and materials based on learner feedback and industry changes. Qualifications:

• Proven expertise and experience in the specific skill area (e.g., YouTube automation, video editing, game development).
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
• Adept at adapting to emerging technologies and tools in the field.

Job Type: Part-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Expected hours: 12 per week
