Position Overview
The Online Commercial Manager role in Dubai is responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing SAVA's online delivery business across leading digital platforms. This position drives online visibility, sales growth, profitability, and customer experience by ensuring best-in-class execution and strong coordination between internal teams and platform partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of SAVA's online stores and delivery channels
• Monitor and drive sales performance, profitability, and conversion rates across online platforms
• Optimize pricing, promotions, and visibility tools to maximize channel growth
• Act as the primary point of contact for online marketplace and platform account managers
• Ensure products are accurately listed, categorized, and visually optimized with correct images, descriptions, and tags
• Coordinate with store operations to maintain accurate stock levels and real-time availability
• Resolve issues related to delivery failures, order cancellations, and customer complaints
• Plan and execute platform campaigns, tactical promotions, and visibility initiatives
• Track performance KPIs and use insights to continuously improve online commercial results

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing online marketplaces or digital commerce channels
• Experience within grocery, FMCG, or quick-commerce platforms is preferred
• Strong understanding of online pricing strategies, promotions, and shopper behavior
• Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and performance metrics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
