Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the overall operations of OTS.
\xc2\xb7 Transfers incoming calls promptly to the appropriate extension.

\xc2\xb7 Responds to customers\xe2\x80\x99 questions regarding the hotel, in-house facilities and local events.

\xc2\xb7 Provides direction and leads OTS team to ensure that the team achieves individual and team-oriented goals.

Requirements :
-Experience in OTS
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
-Strong communication skills
