Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the Sales and Marketing teams for the assigned Brands to the Business Unit to achieve the expected growth from our transformative portfolio. Have full accountability on the sales results for the assigned Brands to the Business Unit through optimum resource allocation & growing topline and contributing to Janssen KSA P&L Align the BU cross functional teamwork along with the broader organization to ensure fast, robust & sustainable access to the assigned brands while facilitating the patients journey & driving profitable business growth. Own the pre- launch plans for the upcoming launches within the scope of the Therapeutic Area (TA) to ensure the organizational preparedness & market readiness. Oversight the overall financial & other performance related of the Business Unit with strict adherence & governance to the compliance mandates. Lead the interface between the country Business unit & the Regional & Global counterparties to ensure the proper alignment & conversation as per the corporate direction. As a LT member, contributes to the development and execution of Janssen KSA strategy and ensures at all levels of the organization the needed cross functional collaboration. Act as a Jansen KSA ambassador towards external stakeholders as well as regional and global teams Collaborates with regional and global teams to development of regional or global strategies related to the Brands assigned to the Business Unit.

Lead in a Complex and Ambiguous Environment Embrace complexity by managing a broad portfolio of brands and range of channel strategies that target each group in the consumer pyramid. Crisis management skills and ability to course correct in rapid growth and volatile markets. Agility Act with a sense of urgency, seek information to validate emerging trends. Develop Local Talent Act proactively on capability building within the scope of the business unit to drive the current performance & in anticipation for the future outlook. This includes robust talent management & succession planning. Motivate and retain local talent in markets where retention is challenging. Build teams and proactively manage succession pipelines. Provide autonomy and empower people to make decisions. Influence and Negotiation Demonstrate confidence and conviction when expressing views to influence decisions both laterally and vertically across the organization. Negotiate with global brand teams for local innovation and leverage shared resources effectively. Enable Internal Collaboration Thrive in a multi-cultural environment, seek opportunities to bring people together and foster collaboration. Attend to local social norms and behavioral cues to connect meaningfully with others. Build an External Network and Manage Stakeholders Actively build a strong network of external relationships at high levels Act as an ambassador for the brand and as the primary interface with local governments and regulatory bodies Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen Deep interest in a wide range of business, political, and social topics along with strong conceptual reasoning abilities Forward thinking, curiosity for what's next and ability to anticipate future trends in the market. Business Responsibilities: Grow Market Share Through Strategic Insights & Powerful Execution Deliver BU sales and market share results. Lead the assigned both marketing & sales organization by building high performance team to ensure solid planning & flawless execution. Develop & rollout effective & efficient marketing strategies & plans & sales tactics & execution metrics along with closely following up the pre- defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Demonstrate resourcefulness in growing the business to effectively compete with local and global brands and respond to unique market changes. Balance delivery of short-term results in the region without jeopardizing long term strategic choices and results and use insight to help shape the regional agenda. Continually assess systems and processes to identify opportunities to harmonize, simplify and drive efficiencies. Make decisions based on more limited and less "real-time" data. External Relationships Form effective relationships with key customers. Ability to engage with clinical societies, health authorities and other external key stakeholder groups to create impactful joint partnerships.

Leadership: Influence Across the Matrix Establish strong, highly collaborative relationships with other J&J leaders, especially other sectors, supply chain and leverage capabilities to support business needs. Follow up on the management of the operation & processes within the assigned scope of the business unit. Play an active role in KOLs/ KDMs engagement to leverage the partnership & gather meaningful insights helping to take the right decisions for the best of the patients & business. Lead in a highly matrix environment; collaborate and influence peers to find win-win solutions. Demonstrate ability to understand and appreciate the uniqueness of the market- act as the voice of the BU/TA to regional leaders. UNIQUE TO EMERGING MARKETS - Remain steady and positive in leading through VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity). Ability to lead in greater ambiguity. Build & Develop Talent Lead a high-performance team and sustain a high performing culture. Provide the appropriate coaching to the team & to the coaches the coach to ensure sales team/ Field Force impact & development while filling the talents pipeline for the future roles. Hold talent accountable for short-term delivery while preparing/building the organization for the future. Engage & Motivate the Team Engage and motivate the team to support a plan to achieve business vision by driving ownership and accountability down through the organization. Translate global strategy into local execution. Create a culture that is not satisfied with the status quo by pursuing innovation and new market opportunities while ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy. Qualification & Experience Experience in Emerging markets and Developed markets. 8+ years of experience working in the pharma healthcare segment and knowledge of pharma brands. Sales and marketing background with operations knowledge Knowledge & Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple assignments Anticipation and Planning Skills Analytical / conceptual skills Awareness and ability to understand the broader picture on compliance and launch time
