An internationally recognized healthcare provider in Dubai is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Oncology Nurses to join its expanding cancer care team. This is a rewarding opportunity for Western-trained nurses who are passionate about providing specialized care to patients throughout their cancer journey from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship.
You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art environment, where international clinical standards and patient-centered care come first.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor for treatment side effects and complications, and intervene promptly in collaboration with the medical team.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, symptom management, and post-treatment care.
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients facing complex and challenging diagnoses.
Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical records.
Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards aligned with global best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Current and valid nursing license in country of origin or practice.
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in oncology or hematology nursing.
BLS certification required; ONS chemotherapy certification or equivalent preferred.
Candidates trained and licensed in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa are strongly preferred.
Experience with chemotherapy protocols, central lines, and symptom management is highly desirable.
Empathetic communication skills, attention to detail, and strong clinical decision-making abilities.
Willing to work in Dubai.
