Catering Event Helper / Event Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and energetic

Catering Event Helpers

to assist during catering events. This role includes

event setup, food pass-around service, and breakdown

, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Setup

Assist with

setting up tables, stations, and service areas

Arrange food displays, trays, and service equipment Support loading and unloading of catering items Ensure setup follows hygiene and presentation standards
Service During Event

Pass around food and beverages

to guests professionally Refill trays and coordinate with kitchen or lead server Maintain cleanliness of service areas Provide polite and attentive guest interaction
Event Breakdown

Clear tables and service areas Pack equipment, leftovers, and supplies properly Assist with loading items back into vehicles Leave venue clean and organized
Requirements

Previous experience in

catering, hospitality, or events

(preferred but not mandatory) Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items Well-groomed, professional appearance Friendly attitude and good communication skills Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to follow hygiene and food safety guidelines
Work Schedule

Event-based / flexible hours

Weekdays and weekends as required Daytime and evening events
Dress Code

Black trousers, white tshirt or provided uniform Closed black shoes Neat hair and minimal accessories

Compensation

Paid

per event or per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From AED80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week
